Budget plans will cover your basic in patient hospital care either for treatment or investigations> it usually covers stays of one or more nights.

The policy will cover Inpatient treatment usually includes hospital charges, specialist and consultant fees, diagnostic tests, psychiatry and physiotherapy.

Next level of policy up covers the basic level and out patient hospital visits too.

So that will cover treatment, investigations or consultations where you do not need to stay in hospital over night.

Out-patient treatment can usually include various consultations with specialist, diagnostic tests, radiotherapy / chemotherapy, physiotherapy and psychiatry - as always check what each individual policy covers.

The highest level of policy is very inclusive and covers everything both in and out patient investigations and treatment as well as alternative therapies such as
acupuncture or aromatherapy.

You can decide what level of excess you have from zero up to several thousand pounds.

Some policies offer cash back if you don't claim!

Some policies may cover existing conditions provided you have been without treatment or consultations, symptoms or prescriptions for that condition from the time of your application.

Some policies let you pick which hospital you go to from your local one to any in the country including the most t prestigious!
